Ingredients
2 boxes mac & cheese dinners
2 pounds ground beef
1 pkg dry taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups mexican blend shredded cheese
2Tbsp onion powder or 1 pkg onion soup mix
2Tbsp garlic powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Make the mac & cheese dinners according to the directions on the box. While the noodles are cooking, brown your hamburger and drain. Return it back to the pan, add onion powder or onion soup mix, garlic powder, taco seasoning, salsa and water. Simmer 7 to 10 mins. Turn off, set aside. When the mac & cheese is mixed add sour cream. Take a 9x9 cake pan or baking dish spray with cooking spray to keep it from sticking. Put half of mac & cheese on the bottom of the pan, put meat mixture on top of the mac & cheese, top with remaining mac & cheese top with shredded cheese, bake for 10 to 15 mins until cheese is bubbling or completely melted.
