    Pepperoni Jack Pockets

    Ingredients

    1 (3 lb.) pkg. frozen white dinner rolls, thawed
    1/2 lb. Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
    4 oz. pepperoni, chopped fine







    Directions

    Set the oven temperature to 350 degrees.
    Grease a baking sheet with a non stick cooking spray.
    Press the rolls into 3 inch circles.
    Spread 1 tbsp of the cheese over each circle.
    Cover the cheese with 1 tbsp of the chopped pepperoni.
    Pull the edges of the circle up over the ingredients and press to seal.
    Place the pockets 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
    Bake 22 minutes or until a nice golden brown.

    Comments

    These quick and easy appetizers can be served at any adult party. Take them with you to a tailgate party or even on race day. Be sure to wrap them tightly in foil and place the in an airtight container if traveling.
