    Ingredients

4 to 6 pieces of sliced toasted sour dough bread.
    Burger
    2 Pd ground beef
    1/4 C worcestershire sauce
    1/4 C dried chives
    1/4 C dried parsley
1 Tbsp salt & pepper each

    Gravy
    1 C beef broth
    1 C onion diced
    1 tsp minced garlic
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    4 Tbsp margarine
    1 C sour cream

    Directions

    Burger
Preheat oven at 400. Mix ground beef and spices in a big bowl. Make up 4 large or 6 med patties. Depending on how many people you want to feed. Brown them up on both sides then put on the oven on a rack over a baking dish to let them finish cooking and drain off some of the grease. Cook for about 20 to 30 mins depending how done you want them.
    Gravy
Take all but a couple of Tbsp of grease out of the frying pan you used to cook the burger in add margarine and melt. Add onion and cook until soft. Add minced garlic and stir a few times just to get the flavors to mix. Pour in the beef broth to get all the flavors off the bottom of the pan and simmer for about 10 mins to reduce the beef both just a little and for the flavors to mix together. Add the cream of mushroom soup and stir in really good let it simmer about 5 or 6 mins.. Add the sour cream just before you take it off the heat to put over the burger. Take out the burger and and place it on the toasted sour dough bread slice and pour the gravy right on top. Serve hot.
